Situated in the North of Wales, Talacre is a small village in Flintshire. It does not seem to say too much but the appearances here are misleading. In the quite village you will find gems of history and various opportunities to enjoy endless holidays. It seems like it is the end of the world but for some it may be the beginning.

Located on the shore of the Irish Sea, the village of Talacre has a very ancient lighthouse. It was built in 1776 and its figure reminds us of his glory. The tourists come and see it as it still keeps some of its later magnificence. To magnify the grandeur of the place the stories of a ghostly lighthouse keeper roam the region. It does not matter if the story is true or not, the attraction is the same.

From here you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Talacre beach, a place for total relaxation. The village is surrounded by sandy dunes that offer a relaxing view. Here anyone can enjoy five stars facilities or have the joys of a simple life in a caravan park. The quiet times spent by the Irish Sea will unwind you and give you all the relaxation you deserve and seek. After this experience you will say that you were at the end of the world and it was great.

All journeys come to an end (or if you’re lucky maybe not!), why not extend your trip himself after coming home? Here are ideas for your travels continue even if you come home.

Photography image

Sometimes I feel relieved to return home after a trip, sometimes I want to stay forever in just visited destination. Sometimes new ideas occur to me when I’m traveling, new places, new opportunities.

But back home does not mean that our trip is over. Here we tell you what you can do to make your journey continues.

Download and share photos and video. This is always a good idea, sharing your photos you can relive the journey.

Edit photos. Sometimes after a long trip I like to edit my photos, print them or combine them into one video. Can you think of something else to do with your travel pictures?

Keep in touch with friends on the road. In all travel know new people and today it is very easy to keep in touch with Facebook, email or Skype.

Organize several trips. The end of a trip can be the beginning of another organization. Travel inspire us and awaken our nomadic instincts, let yourself go and imagine new trips.

Write about your travels. This is my favorite, even long trips, it is easy to revive them by telling stories, anecdotes and adventures. Keeping a blog, write letters and encouraged the magnanimous project of writing a book, is a way to continue travel.

In a chaotic city where people walk by in droves, traffic is messy and noisy street stalls invade the markets are packed and seems to be no free square meter square blocks, it is easy for a traveler disoriented. Here is a brief guide to enjoy your stay and survive in the concrete jungle.

* Map: Always carry a detailed map of the city. Mark the areas where you want to move, the plan to visit specific sites and the location of your accommodation.
Security: In the most chaotic cities the crime is rife. You should be cautious and alert, without being put paranoid. With minimal care will be fine. Anyway, ask recommendations on what areas should you walk and should be avoided.
* Directions to the hotel: Always carry the address of your property and money enough to take a taxi if you get lost. Imagine the disappointment you might have if things go wrong and do not know where you are …
* Transportation: Make friends with the metro. Get some guidance or street and learn to get around the city alone riding the subway, train or tram. These transport systems have two advantages: well-defined fixed stations and schedules. It’s pretty hard to get lost in the subway, unless you do some combination of lines. But with a good street reduces the chances of missing a zero!
* Many buses and taxis: There are cities where taxis can not stop anywhere and there are others where directly taxi ranks. The same goes for the buses … It really surprised at the amount of time they lose some travelers looking for this kind of stops or assuming they can stop a taxi anywhere. It is a fact that is good out to find your way through these transports.
* Entertainment Guide: There are possibilities that a city with more than 8 million people do not have a web page or a printed with a calendar of events and shows. Get one (Take it as a must!) And plan your trips by booking tickets in advance.
* Refine your itinerary: The most difficult thing in a large city and thousands of things to visit is to decide what to do in the few days we have. Make a list of all the things you can not miss: rides, shows, dining areas, parks … in short, everything you thought it missed. Now comes the hard part: limiting the itinerary to be as much as two to three trips per day. What do we gain? Two things: do not die of exhaustion and leave a space reserved for things that arise during the trip;)
* Stop traveler: Do not be misled by the chaos and bustle of the city. Stop at one of your trips to a coffee can teach you a lot about how people live there. Make a stop, rest, enjoy. A few minutes of relaxation will help you see things from another perspective.
* What is normal and what is not?: If you are outdoors, in a place outside your culture, I recommend you learn a little about their codes. It may be that some things that seem strange to you you are very normal. But there are things you do that they would look very strange. In Viajeros.com is an article about this topic: Travel abroad: a different culture, different rules.
* Large distances: If you live in a small or medium-sized city, you’re probably used to go from one end to another in just over half an hour. But some of these monsters urbanized trip from end to end can last more than two hours (no exaggeration). Knowing this will help you put together trips to avoid long journeys. In addition, there are areas of a city more crowded than others (especially the central areas and offices), where the traffic can stop too long a lot. This will help you calculate how much you can take a trip to always arrive on time.

Guide to visit a chaotic city in a chaotic city where people walk on in droves, traffic is messy and noisy street stalls invade the markets are packed and seems to be no free square meter square blocks, is easy for a visitor feel disoriented. Here is a brief guide to enjoy your stay and survive in the concrete jungle.

Bombay, New Delhi, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Mexico City, Tokyo and New York are among the world’s most populous cities, all with 8 to 14 million people. But all they have as chaotic, it’s interesting. Are destinations worth a visit.

Advantages of working through a city-monster

It’s easy to feel like a tiny, tiny ant among many things: people, skyscrapers, noise, movement. Large-scale cities are monsters that produce a certain fear. However, visiting a big city has many advantages. Why would you want to visit one? Abundance is one of the determining factors when choosing your next destination. Let’s see …

Cultural

Theaters, cinemas, sports and music galore. In a chaotic city is difficult to choose what to see: There’s so much! If you like culture you’ll feel like a kid in a toy store and will be a matter of minutes to plan a great itinerary of events for those who want to attend.

Cosmopolitan

The world’s largest cities were, are and always will be the fate of large waves of immigrants who bring with them different customs and knowledge. This will generate cosmopolitan societies, where features can be distinguished from other cultures, which mix with the local and the rich. Visit a cosmopolitan city gives us the opportunity to tour many nations in one neighborhood where one could claim to be in another country, such as in New York to visit Little Italy, Little Italy, or China Town-Chinatown.

Contrasts

If in a fairly small city there are areas of buildings, other residential and some more commercial, imagine what can happen in a big city, where the contrasts are even greater. The nerve centers of the city are often split with a portion dedicated to office buildings, other historic buildings and another space for the culture … You’ll also see whole blocks for shows and others with a high concentration of bars, pubs and restaurants. The bid cities expand almost without limits, with many alternatives to assemble a schedule of recreational trips interesting and contrasting.

Gastronomy

The more people a city has, the greater your chances of finding a surprising cuisine, both locally and internationally. If you are a lover of fine cuisine, be sure that in a big city you can try everything and get very exquisite. Do not be left only with the restaurants, try (if city water is drinkable) in street stalls. That is the true cuisine of a people, the more traditional and cheaper.

Shopping

You will see that there are areas with upscale stores, others where the price and quality is average and even wholesale sales areas to buy a very low price and quantity. You also have the advantage of large and modern shopping malls where you do all your shopping in one place, eating and even going to the movies. If you prefer to make purchases a cultural outing, you can visit traditional markets, including fairs are usually a great place to buy and learn more about the culture.

Airlines: when and how to claim problems among travelers and airlines are a thing of all days: lost luggage, flight delays and cancellations are the most frequent, but much more. When can you claim? Where do you advise? How to make a claim? What you get in return? Some information for travelers who have had a bad flight.

Have you had a flight and problematic? “Delays, cancellations …? You’re not alone. Some travelers will encounter all sorts of problems with the airlines and do not know what to do. Here, a brief guide to clarify some points and help you emerge unscathed from the situation:

Luggage

The main focus of complaints in the airline’s baggage loss. Even if you find your luggage and return it in good condition, you can continue with the claim. This will entitle you to compensation or restitution by the time you have been without your bags and the damage this has caused you. The maximum compensation for late delivery of baggage-count up to 21 days and this may be country-is close to $ 1860.

But you’re not sure you get the money. The carrier shall have no obligation to indemnizarte if you can demonstrate that their employees have made every effort to return your bags in good condition. For example, in cases of negligence are required to make it up … In cases of emergency or accidents, can not.

Once the claim, if you can not retrieve your luggage will be entitled to collect some money for lost luggage. The value varies greatly depending on the airline, the type of flight and even the weight of luggage, but can be about $ 400 per bag (it’s just an estimate). Save your proof of luggage!

Another reason to claim it if you find damage or missing items. In that case you should make a claim on consumer advocacy. These claims are more difficult because they often take a long time and is not often that the customer is compensated courage, patience and not give the budge!

Delays

There are delays and delays … If the delay is a few minutes or few hours according to international rules is commonplace. In these cases, passengers who are harmed have the right to make two to three calls and a snack, depending on the schedule. If airline does not comply with these services is the obligation of travelers make a claim at the airport.

The biggest problem is when delays are spread over several hours and just at night, because in those cases the airline is obliged to provide accommodation, but not all take care. If your flight has been delayed for hours and need sleep, you require the airline to stay in a hotel near the airport. Same with meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner must be met in case of delay. Do not forget to claim the company does not meet these criteria.

Flight Cancellation

Not many know, but airlines often sell more tickets than they should per flight. Thus, when a flight is sold every seat, some passengers may be no place and should be relocated to another flight. This usually happens with similar flights with similar departure times, passengers do not have to wait long and can be addressed once a second plane. But sometimes the flights are severely delayed or even canceled … and that everything is complicated.

If a flight is canceled (for more than 12 hours) must file a claim to receive compensation and address the next available flight, maintaining or exceeding the ticket class. If the flight cancellation was for reasons unrelated to the company, for example, bad weather, are not entitled to compensation. In these cases it is unclear who should take charge of the accommodation in case you have to spend the night. However, there are rulings in favor of travelers indicate that companies, regardless of the reason for cancellation, should take over the accommodation of passengers suspended.

What about claims?

When you make a claim through the entity identified in the country you are (often a consumer advocacy organization), your claim is sent to the airline that evaluates the facts to give an answer. If the response is favorable, you will receive a notice that tells you how you will be compensated.

If your claim is rejected, you still have other instances of claims. You can continue with the organization responsible for filing a claim and follow legal channels. In this instance and only depending on the type of claim and the country where you are, it is possible (though unlikely) that need the advice of an attorney.

Where to complain?

When and how to recognize each airport will demand an information office where you can ask where to file a claim. Although there are international standards, all countries use different time frames and codes. Get advice and not waste time.

Make your complaint on the spot. Calls for compensation. If all we enforce the rights of passengers, achieve best international action and less discomfort to board a plane.
