Then you can enjoy a fabulous show. Known as “King of the Mediterranean, Nice Carnival is one of the most anticipated events of the year as the festival pays tribute to the diversity of the Mediterranean.

This year’s carnival started the last 18 febuary lasted until March 8, transforming the entire city. A wonderful spot as Nice is the perfect setting for an event of this kind, in which the city is the natural scenario where parade floats and dancers perform their feats.

During the last edition, twenty floats paraded through the streets of Nice and the visitors also enjoyed a fireworks display. However, the highest point of the carnival were the Flower Parade, also known as the Battle of Flowers. Then, huge flower-covered floats on the scene and then released into the air.
