The island of Tasmania, an island still unknown to many, one of the corners of the world. Because of its beauty a quarter of its territory is considered today a World Heritage by the UNESCO. It has prehistoric caves, black beaches, turquoise seas, old trees and mountains and rivers of melting snow.

It attracts everyone who is thirsty adventure great adrenaline rush. The more intrepid never tire of the island of Tasmania: it can be done from paragliding to hiking. The beauty of untamed beaches with waves is South Cape Bay, the Bruny Island’s, and Cloudy Bay, but all along the coast to find places to sunbathe and swim. Continue reading

The National Parks of the Island of Tasmania

We continue our tour of the island of Tasmania, we headed to the city of Launceston, which is located to the north, and is the second city of the island. One of the main points of tourism is the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, noted for its art colony, design objects and to provide evidence of local history. Other places of interest, worth visiting are the Chinese temple and if you travel with children do not forget the fun park.
